Dancer, dancing instructor, choreographer and director, Mgr. art Jan Gonscak is a graduate of the University of Musical Arts in Bratislava, Department of Modern Dance Teaching.
He has cooperated with many celebrities of Slovak and foreign dancing, theatre of movement and dancing.
Out of the many stimulating projects he has taken part in as interpreter, instructor or choreographer, most remarkable are his collaborations with Milan Sladek, with the International Institute of Dance Theatre, with
C. Hegen and I. Marc, with Theatre de movemente (France) and other celebrities and objects of Slovak and foreign dance art. He launched his independent dance career in 1999.

He is the founder of Moving Studio, currently Tangere Dance Studio.At present he devotes himself to his own dance-dramatic production; he is the artistic director and choreographer of Tangere Dance Ensemble.
